Jackie Chan to Visit Russia's Far East for New Movie
A new movie starring Chinese actor Jackie Chan is set to be filmed in Russia's Primorye region, the local culture department said Wednesday.
Scenes for "Skiptrace" will be shot in and around the eastern city of Vladivostok between September and October, the culture department said in an online statement.
Visas are currently being prepared for 129 members of the film crew, the statement added.
"Skiptrace," which also features U.S. actor Seann William Scott, will see Jackie Chan play the role of a Hong Kong detective tracking a notorious criminal through Russia and China.
