In most Moscow swimming pools, a medical certificate, or spravka, obtained from a GP or more nefarious means, is required. But some pools do not need it. If you are quick, you can just about catch the last weeks of the outdoor pool in Luzhniki. No spravka needed, and IMO the cleanest water in Moscow!
