In Photos: Ukraine's Avdiivka Lays in Ruins After Russian Capture

Ukrainian troops have withdrawn from the eastern city of Avdiivka after months of fierce fighting against invading Russian forces.

The city, which had a pre-war population of 30,000, is the latest of several Ukrainian cities to have been largely destroyed during Russia's two-year invasion.
