In Photos: Heavy Fog Descends on Moscow

Moscow was shrouded in heavy fog on Monday morning as autumn weather descends upon the city.

Four flights were canceled and 18 delayed at the city's airports due to the inclement conditions and drivers were warned to take extra caution on the roads.
