A baby girl was seriously injured when a slab of ice slid off a roof in a Siberian city, hitting her baby carriage, the Russian Investigative Committee said in a statement Sunday.
The head of a building maintenance company has been detained in connection with the incident in the city of Angarsk of the Irkutsk region, the local branch of the Investigative Committee said.
The girl was hospitalized and is in intensive care, the statement said.
