Investigators say a woman in Buryatia strangled a neighbor with her bra.
The 26-year-old woman was drunk when she and her boyfriend asked their 65-year-old man to give them money to buy drinks, investigators said. Angry that he refused, the woman punched him in the face and tried to strangle him with her hands, before taking off her bra and using that, police said.
