GVA Sawyer Built Warehouse

GVA Sawyer acted as fee developer in the construction of a Class A warehouse with administrative offices for the Parmalat MK company.

Investment amounted to 600 million rubles ($20 million), not including land. The general contractor was Codest International.

The facility is located on a site of 2.5 hectares in the Podolsk district, close to Severovo. The building's area is 13,400 square meters, consisting of a 7,400-square-meter warehouse unit with 12-meter ceilings and attached three-story administrative and technical facilities.
