Yandex.ru reports a traffic jam along the Third Ring Road, Moscow Ring Road (MKAD) and others connecting with or near them, leading to a 10-point rating for the overall traffic situation in the city — the maximum possible on the Yandex scale.
“Vehicles are at a standstill in this first 10-point traffic jam of the year. We advise all commuters to avoid the roads and use the metro,” a Yandex representative said.
Traffic on the affected roads is inching along at less than 10 kilometers per hour.
