Moscow’s Arbitration Court annulled 365.5 million rubles ($11.8 million) in tax claims and fines levied against Inteko, the developer headed by Yelena Baturina, the wife of Mayor Yury Luzhkov, Interfax reported Friday.
The court voided a 2009 decision by a regional branch of the Federal Tax Service, Inteko spokesman Gennady Terebkov said, Interfax reported.
