Troika Dialog



Daniel Wolfe has been appointed acting president of Troika Dialog Asset Management, replacing Neil Greer.

Wolfe previously worked as general director and CEO of Park Avenue Capital and was director of Items Capital. From 1997 to 1999, Wolfe was chief operating officer of Troika Dialog.




Aton



Neil Greer has been appointed head of international sales at Aton Capital brokerage; he will be responsible for developing the brokerages services for Western clients.

He came to Russia in 1995 as founder and CEO of Regent European Securities after working for CSFB in London as East European specialist.

Alexander Pitaleff, Slava Arsenov and Timur Turgenbayev have joined Aton Capital's trading team.

Pitaleff joined Aton Capital from United Financial Group, where he worked as equity trader. Arsenov worked at NIKoil, where he was head of second-tier trading. Turgenbayev had worked as head of trading at AIG.




DIB Bank



Seven top managers have been appointed at DIB investment bank.

Artashes Terzian has been appointed executive vice president responsible for structured products and derivatives. Before joining DIB, Terzian headed emerging-market operations at Commerzbank in London.

Nikolai Fetisov has joined the bank as executive vice president responsible for structured finance, sales and trading. He previously worked as vice president of CSFB in London.

Reginald Duquesnoy has been appointed director of research. He has worked over 10 years on Wall Street.

Mikhail Mikhailov has been appointed managing director for structured products. He previously headed a similar department at Troika Dialog.

Alexander Kourbatov joined the bank as managing director of trade and structured finance. He previously worked five years at Cargill Russia.

Anatoly Petrov has been appointed managing director for sales and trading. He previously worked at Credit Suisse First Boston in Moscow and London.

Mikhail Edel-Smolnikov has been appointed credit risk management director. He previously worked at ING Bank's Eurasia operations.




NTV



Vladimir Rumyantsev has been appointed first deputy general director of NTV-Plus; he will be in charge of the company's development strategy and debt-restructuring negotiations.

In May 2001, Rumyantsev became a member of NTV executive committee. From 1998 to 2001, he worked in the London and Moscow offices of Credit Suisse First Boston investment bank.




THT



Dmitry Alimov has been appointed first deputy general director of THT television.

Previously, he worked as vice president of the Sputnik Group, a leading direct investment company.




PR Association



Ilya Kuzmenkov has been appointed chairman of the Public Relations Consultantcy Association, an industry group.

Kuzmenkov is general director of Kuzmenkov & Partners communications group. He previously worked as editor at Information Agency, now Ria Novosti news agency.
